You agree to immediately notify Pure Savings of any unauthorized use, or suspected unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Pure Savings offers both free and paid subscription tiers. By selecting a premium plan, you agree to pay Pure Savings the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated for that service.

• Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for a Premium Plan.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your financial data, including AES-256 encryption. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
